Instructions for use
1. Unplug the USB cable and connect to a mobile power bank (not included) with 5V/2.1A. Then turn on the power bank.
2. Pressing the chest temperature control switch for about 3 seconds will start heating.
3. Press the button to set the three heating levels manually. Red light is high temperature continuous heating, white is medium temperature continuous heating, and blue is low temperature continuous heating.
4. Press and hold the temperature control switch for 3 seconds until the light turns off to turn off the heating.
