Complaints and returns

4kom return of goods

Return of goods - i.e. withdrawal from a distance contract.

Each customer, i.e. a consumer within the meaning of art. 221 of the Civil Code, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract without giving any reason within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods in your own hands. Products prepared and manufactured to special order, including a case with prints, are not exchangeable or returnable. A return/complaint form (A6 sheet) is attached to each sent order. In the case of a return, we only fill in the "Order information" and "Return goods" fields. The entire form is best filled in capital letters! The completed return form can be attached to the return shipment or downloaded from the link below and sent to the e-mail address sklep@4kom.pl as a photo or scan. Returns without a completed form will not be considered! Remember to attach proof of purchase in the form of an original or a copy (receipt/invoice). The goods should be carefully packed to protect them from damage during transport. Please do not stick the address labels directly on the packaging of the returned product. If the purchased products had dedicated packaging or other additional elements included in the set, e.g. adapter, bow or cable, they should also be sent back! The return should preferably be packed in a foil package, a bubble envelope or a box. In case of any problems, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone during the return process.


Due to the epidemiological situation related to the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus), wanting to ensure the safety of employees. Returns will be considered after 7 days from the delivery of the shipment to our company's headquarters. We thank you for your understanding and apologize for the inconvenience.

In the case of a purchase "on a VAT invoice", consumer rights do not apply, so the return of the goods is not possible in this case!

4kom exchange

Exchange of purchased goods.

Each customer can exchange the purchased goods within 30 days from the date of receipt. Products prepared and manufactured to special order, including a case with prints, are not exchangeable or returnable.  In order to exchange the goods, you must first inform the store staff by sending an e-mail to sklep@4kom.pl
. The message should contain:
- In the title, the word "Exchange" and the order number.
- Link to the product (to the Allegro auction or to the store) for which we want to exchange the purchased product.
- Color of the product.
- Reshipment address.
- Contact phone number.
If all the above information is provided correctly, you will certainly receive an answer regarding the possibility of exchanging the goods within 2 working days. In the case of an exchange, the costs of shipping both ways are covered by the Buyer. Shipping costs depend on its weight and value. Any surcharge will be added to the shipping costs. bye

remember that only unused goods can be exchanged! Do not send the order back before you receive information about the availability of the goods for exchange. The exchange option is independent and does not limit the Consumer's statutory right to withdraw from the contract in any way.

4kom complaint

Complaint about the purchased goods.

Each customer may submit a complaint for the purchased goods that have a defect or are inconsistent with the order. A return/complaint form (A6 sheet) is attached to each sent order. In the case of a complaint, fill in all the fields, i.e. "Order information", "Complaint" and "Return of goods". The entire form is filled in by hand, preferably in block letters! The completed complaint form can be attached to the return shipment or downloaded from the link below and sent to the e-mail address sklep@4kom.pl as a photo or scan. Complaints without a completed form will not be considered!Remember to attach proof of purchase in the form of an original or a copy (receipt/invoice). The goods should be carefully packed to protect them from damage during transport. The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package, we will inform you about its result by e-mail or by phone.
