When starting the car, the value should be in the range of 13.3V to 14.8V, during normal charging, this value is between 12V and 13.2V, in the case of a lower value, check the battery condition. The charger has also been enriched with an intelligent dual management system (smart chip x2), which is responsible for each port. The chip adjusts the optimal voltage to the specific equipment, so that the charging time is the shortest without the risk of damaging the battery.
