The HUB is the heart of the control of the AQARA series devices. After placing it in the power socket, it establishes a connection with the router - from now on you can manage it using the Aqara Home application. The latest version is compatible with Apple HomeKit, so we can also use solutions from other manufacturers. The HUB connects to the sensors based on the ZigBee 3.0 protocol. The device is multifunctional. It acts as a control center for connected accessories, and additionally, through the built-in speaker, you can use it as a doorbell with a sound that you choose in your application on your phone. You will also hear an alarm sound when one of the sensors is activated. Unlike the previous version, the second generation M1S gateway allows you to set your own sound. The hub also has LEDs - turn on the lamp in one of 16 million colors or program it to turn on automatically at a specific time. Thanks to the built-in memory, the device can be connected to up to 128 accessories at the same time, which will allow you to connect enough accessories to manage your entire home.
